bit for
plastics:
Single flute,
solid tungsten
carbide, downcut, polished
chip flute. Unequalled
sharpness.
Like F113 (further
description
see there),
but chip
transportation
downwards (downcut
function).
Therefore no
lifting of
thin sheets,
no fray out at
the upper
layers of
plywood etc.
Perfect
results within
the range
plastic
material
(especially
acrylic),
foams,
(softer)
aluminium,
wood,
chipboard etc.
This tool can
be delivered
with all usual
coatings.
Caution: This
tool like all
one fluted
tools is
unbalanced. If
using bigger
diameters make
sure that your
spindle is
able to stand
the
out-of-balance
forces.
Price
adjustments as
of 01.03.2019:
Since introduction of
the EURO
(01.01.2002) the
prices of the
F112 series never
have been
changed. Now,
after more than
17 years of
stability we are
forced to adjust
the prices by 7%
in average, what
means 0,4% per
year. We
apologize, but
we think this is
not really
much, taking into
consideration
that the price
of the raw
material
(tungsten
carbide) has
raised by more
than 11% since
January 2018. |
